We want your Renévah products to arrive quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 · estimated 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00 · estimated 2–3 business days
Live carrier rates (such as USPS) may also be shown at checkout based on your delivery address, so you can choose the option that works best for you. The exact cost is calculated automatically from your shipping address at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to over 30 countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. Renévah is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order on the carrier's website or through your Renévah account.
Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier first. If it is still missing, email info.renevah@yahoo.com within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
Address Changes To change a shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
