Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days ($8). Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for $15 at checkout. Live USPS rates may also be shown based on your address. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8 for Standard and $15 for Express within the US. Live carrier rates may also appear at checkout depending on your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at info.renevah@yahoo.com. Changes can only be made before the order ships.
Products & Skin Care
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made in small batches with clean, plant-pressed ingredients and no synthetic fillers. As with any skincare, we recommend patch-testing before full use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We are 100% cruelty-free and never test on animals.
How do I choose the right product?
Each product page includes ingredients, how-to-use steps, and details to help you choose. Email us at info.renevah@yahoo.com for a personalized recommendation.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because our products are small-batch personal-care items, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Email us at info.renevah@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Account & Discounts
Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you track orders and access member offers.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code in the Discount field at checkout and click Apply. One code per order.
